Josquin Louvier
Member of the Grenoble Bar since 2005.
Josquin LOUVIER holds a Master's degree in International Law from the University Jean Moulin Lyon 3, and a DESS (Master 2) in Intellectual Property and New Technologies Law from the University Pierre Mendès France (Grenoble II). Josquin LOUVIER practiced in several business law firms before joining LECLERE AVOCATS in January 2011.
He became a partner in 2013, and has been a manager of LECLERE & LOUVIER AVOCATS since 2015.
Josquin LOUVIER holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Minnesota (USA) and practices in both French and English.
He is particularly involved in contractual arrangements and assisting start-ups in the management of their intellectual property and data.
Josquin LOUVIER also gives training courses at Linksium, and at GREX, on contract law and international contracts.
He is registered with the INPI (French National Institute for Intellectual Property) to carry out Intellectual Property pre-audits.
He is also a lecturer at GRENOBLE INP (Industrial Engineering) and regularly lectures at the Master 2 Intellectual Property and New Technologies.
